Making small changes to improve your health can go a long way! Start making a plan to workout 1 day a week and then after a month up it to 2 days a week. If you start small and work your way up your less likely to give up.

Same is true for making food choices , start to element the unhealthy foods in your diet at least once or twice a week and then makes it four days a week. Challenge yourself with a one week menu, this is were one of my available plans can help ! Choosing one of the plans means its all set for you , a full week menu is all done for you as well as a grocery list! Eliminates having to make it up yourself and you know you’ll be on the right track.

As with anything always check with your Doctor before making changes especially if you are on any medications.
